Discovering The Eye Of Experience

After doing my first song based on this painting, I thought much like the Christmas Special, I'd do more based on this picture. I already even have a story in mind for this one. In the context of this Album, The Eye of Experience is an ancient artifact, rumoured to be one of God's many eyes fallen to the Earth. Those who look directly in it, will receive millions of years of what life has to offer, both good and bad. However a mortal being can only look for so long into it, before succumbing to madness.


This song depicts an Archeologist, on a dig near Rome. Little does he know, he is closer and closer to finding said eye.
